Fire saftey

For our community helper theme we devote one day to learning about firefighters. Last year we had "Stan the Fireman" come to our school to talk to us about fire safety. He's a great speaker, he jokes with the kids, does magic tricks and explains to them about fire safety. After he's done he takes the kids for  a ride on his cute mini firetruck! Even our toddler class got to go.
We will definantly have him back next year.
