Goldilocks

Goldilocks is one of our favorite stories this year. We usually do a fairy tale theme for a week and I devote one day to Goldilocks and the Three Bears. In our dramatic area i put down 3 cots, 3 chairs, 3 bowls and 3 spoons (Big Medium and Small of course) I use stuffed bears in this area too and then I put on the Goldilocks story on CD on in the background. The children needed no direction at all, they acted out the story all by themselves!

I also put oatmeal with spoons and bowls in our sensory table for "porridge" my children loved scooping and pouring the oats and reciting lines from the story!
